Wheels and Tyre Testing:

1. Features of the machine

The rolling test machine is used for fatigue resistance tests of wheels with mounted tyres of light-trucks, trucks, passenger cars and motorbikes with disc wheels. The test machine is designed in a way which makes it possible to carry out tests according to ISO standards as well as specific company standards. The whole test rig is constructed on a modular basis and consists of the drum module as well as one measuring device module for passenger cars/motor bikes and light-trucks/trucks.

2. Database

The machine is equipped with a real time capable SQL- database. Test plans and measurement data are transaction controlled managed by a database server. Up to 400 test plans can be stored in the database and started from the control interface. Current measurement data and information concerning the duration of the tests, is permanently stored in the database. In the event of failure (e.g. loss of power) during a test run, the consistency of the data is guaranteed. Measurement data can be stored as test records. The database has a maximum capacity of 10.000 records.
