The SCT standard (Safety and Health Temporary Employment Agencies and Intermediaries) is derived from the SCC standard (Safety Certificate Contractors) The SCT procedure is designed for the objective and structural assessment and certification of the safety management systems for temporary employment agencies and intermediariesTÜV Austria provides an accredited certification for this standard in safety, health and environmental matters (SHE) for the personnel provider.
The clearly defined structure, the concrete definition of the requirements for the implementation and documentation, characterizes the SCT in particular. It is therefore suitable for personnel services and as tool for the assessment of suppliers that are employing staff from temporary employment agenciesSCT is in specific designed for the needs of temporary employment. 29 questions are mandatory questions and five questions are supplementary questions. All mandatory questions and at least three supplementary questions have to be fulfilled.
Each question on the checklist is indicated with its appropriate marking (* for mandatory question, ▲ for supplementary question).
