EN ISO 14001

The ISO 14001 is the worldwide recognized standard for systematic environmental management. This international standard was published for the first time in 1996. An amendment with additions in specific items was made in 2004. Basically, the ISO 14001:2004 is oriented on the core elements of a quality management system, which is also organized by the elements of the PLAN-DO-CHECK-ACT-principle. International it is common usual practice to integrate the environment management system and the quality management system together to a common management system.
