TUV Austria offers a wide range of testing services including the classic compulsory vehicle inspection, tests of vehicle components and any other service concerning motor vehicles.

TUV Austria inspects changes of approved motor vehicles and carries out the tests required in the course of special permits for vehicles. Our customers benefit from our profound experience and high acceptance among authorities. In one of Austria's nine provinces we have even overtaken the tasks from the approval authorities.

TUV Austria is an appointed Technical Service in Brussels and is at your disposal for type approvals of motor vehicles and components. Furthermore, we render support in the European type approval procedure.

One of our central activities lies within one of the most delicate sectors of transportation, which is the transport of dangerous goods. This includes the issue of approval certificates for tank vehicles, regular inspections of tanks, international approval of dangerous goods packagings and dangerous goods special training of drivers.
