Hospital service

  • periodical safety checks of medical devices/ installations according to the Austrian Medical Products Law of 1996 in practices, ambulatories and hospitals, etc.

  • receiving controls and single tests of medical products

  • working place evaluation, providing of safety engineers in health facilities according to the Austrian ASchG of 1995

  • safety officers according to the Austrian Hospital Law of 1979

  • examination of electrical supply systems (electrical distribution boards) in hospitals (including safety power supply and safety lights)

  • examination of medical gas-supplying systems and installations (oxygen, laughing gas, compressed air, vacuum)

  • examination of air conditioning systems (i.e. in operating rooms, etc.)

  • validation of sterilization procedures, devices and installation

  • professional judgment, attestations, incident and accident investigations, etc. 

The test results can be recorded on hard copies or on data carriers and placed in an equipment and maintenance management software by Loy & Hutz :
