EMC directive 2004/108/EC regarding electromagnetic compatibility

The EMC directive 2004/108/EC has to be applied to all electrical and electronic devices, systems and plants. TÜV Austria is competent body and notified body according to the EMC directive and therefore authorized to carry out all procedures of the directive.

For emitted interference measurements (HF-field) an absorber hall, conform to the standards with remote controlled turning table, aerial mast, measuring receivers, as well as extensive supplies for the tests (rotary current, RS-232, LW-conductor, phone, water, compressed air, exhaust gas drain, video camera etc.) is at the disposal.

As a matter of course all measuring/testing facilities for the measurement of net harmonic content and flicker as well as line bounded HF-emission are at the disposal.

EMC measurements/-investigations at stationary plants, industrial machines etc. will be carried out with mobile measuring equipment directly on site.
