TÜV AUSTRIA AUTOMOTIVE LTD takes over the world's largest wheels and tires database for European vehicles. This database contains information on 4400 inspected vehicles. At this point, all vehicles on the European market with all possible wheels and tire combinations are contained in the database. A total of 1.8 million homologation cases are on record. Yet now not only can these cases be automatically generated in a report, but also all case-related conditions. This database allows TÜV AUSTRIA AUTOMOTIVE LTD to place its competence in the service of its clients far above the level of the competition.
Access to this vast database will enable our clients, manufacturers of light metal wheels, to always address the latest vehicles with a report. In most cases, this is even possible prior to the date of vehicle inspection. The results contain all available engine and body variations, which are available in all of Europe. The wealth of experience and knowledge accumulated so far from the field of tuning has made it possible to offer clients a completely new scope of services. Practical driving tests on the test course are either conducted in Jesenwang near Munich, Germany, or in Austria in cooperation with ÖAMTC (Austrian Automobile, Motorcycle and Touring Club). All tests are continuously adapted to all current technical and individual requirements. For example, in the near future, vehicle wheel boxes and wheel inspections are measured by means of laser scan and in 3D using a measuring device built especially for this purpose. The virtual realm therefore allows highly efficient work, resulting in significant cost savings. From the database, a click of a button generates a report, which may be sent to clients practically in real time. This allows offering surveys for new vehicles far ahead of the competition at highly attractive prices.
