At the presentation of the 2010 annual report on June 14th, 2011, CEO Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Hugo Eberhardt declared: "As the review of the past year shows, we were able to emerge from the crisis with strength. The first months of the current year prove quite positive due to a good economy, which benefits many our clients. It is right now that many of them put even greater emphasis on safety and quality."

Therein lies TUV AUSTRIA's motivation to set out to further the process of internationalisation - both in the 19 countries where the group is operative today and beyond. The scope of services is furthermore to be rooted more broadly and strongly in healthcare, and extended in the field of energy.

This planned course applied to the fields services, courses and certifications.
