TÜV AUSTRIA is starting its own apprenticeship programme. The first four participants began their training as materials engineers / examiners in September 2008. TÜV AUSTRIA thus breaks new grounds regarding the education of young employees. "On the one hand this project has to do with the training of future employees. On the other we wish to give a number of young people the chance to receive first-rate education, and to meet our social obligation in the process", Director Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Eberhardt said at a small celebration on the occassion of the presentation of the apprenticeship contracts: "We naturally want to give these young employees a permanent position after they have successfully completed their training, including the corresponding opportunity for professional self-improvement." Thus the highly anticipated project "Apprenticeship at TÜV AUSTRIA" was officially launched.
Dipl.-Ing. Schöggl, head of the division in charge of the programme, was convinced that the success of the department would be secured in the long-term by this course of education as employees' competence was the most important asset on the market. As trainer, Ing. Kunes will devote himself with utmost commitment to the apprentices. He commented on his responsibility thus: "I have readily taken on this task because I love working with young people and have prepared myself conscientiously for this assignment.“ Further Requests |
