TÜV Austria offers an extensive package of services in the field of tyres and wheel testing no matter if rim, new tyre, retreated or complete wheels. We are at your disposal with following services:

Support in gaining the E-mark for tyres (type approval for new tyres/approval of production facilities for retreating companies).

Certification of parts for changes at vehicles and expert opinions for registering in the vehicle documents.

Certification and verification respectively of the required quality management system. Supervision of production.

Following test facilities are at your disposal:

Impact-test according ISO 7141
Rolling test machine
Rolling test (operational stability test of multi part wheels )
Performance test of car, truck tyres (ECE-tests)
Fatigue test
Alternating torsion test (operational stability test of rims for motor bikes)
Rim flange compression test (part of wheel operational stability test)
Special tests with our testing facilities
